Zomato Field Executives play a key role in expanding Zomato’s reach and acquiring new restaurant partners. They are the bridge between Zomato and the restaurant industry, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and fostering positive relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Restaurant Acquisition & Onboarding:
  • Identify and target potential restaurants within your designated territory.
  • Present Zomato’s online food delivery platform and its benefits to restaurant owners and managers.
  • Successfully negotiate and onboard new restaurants onto the Zomato platform.
  • Assist restaurants with the Zomato onboarding process, including menu setup and photography.
• Maintaining Relationships:
  • Build strong relationships with restaurant partners, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure restaurants are satisfied with Zomato’s services and encourage continued partnership.
• Data Collection & Accuracy:
  • Collect and update restaurant information for the Zomato platform, ensuring data accuracy.
  • This may include menus, photos, and other relevant details.
• Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated on local food trends and competitor activities within your territory.
  • Provide valuable insights to Zomato to help them refine their strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum diploma or graduation preferred (though some positions may accept 12th pass).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport.
• Proficiency in negotiation and convincing potential restaurant partners.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
