Zomato Delivery Executives are the heart of their delivery network, ensuring delicious food reaches hungry customers quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Pickup & Delivery:
    • Pick up prepared food orders from restaurants within designated timeframes.
    • Deliver orders to customers’ locations efficiently and courteously.
    • Maintain a clean and thermal insulated delivery bag to ensure food quality.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Provide excellent customer service by keeping them updated on order status.
    • Ensure a smooth delivery experience by resolving any minor issues promptly.
  • Following Guidelines:
    • Navigate efficiently using the Zomato delivery app.
    • Maintain a professional appearance while adhering to Zomato’s uniform and safety guidelines.
    • Uphold traffic regulations and ensure safe riding practices.

Qualities & Requirements:

  • Valid two-wheeler license with a good driving record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Stamina and fitness to handle deliveries on a two-wheeler.
  • A smartphone with a reliable internet connection (for using the Zomato delivery app).
  • A positive and customer-centric attitude.
