In this exciting role, you will be the face of PhonePe in your assigned territory, promoting our digital payment platform to retailers and businesses. You’ll also be responsible for picking up a PhonePe machine to use for demonstrations and customer onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail stores and businesses to promote PhonePe services.
• Clearly explain the benefits of PhonePe to potential customers, highlighting features and addressing any concerns.
• Secure new merchants by onboarding them onto the PhonePe platform (using the provided machine).
• Assist merchants with the setup and initial use of the PhonePe machine.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new merchants.
• Collect data and complete reports on your daily activities and achievements.
• Ensure the PhonePe machine is handled with care and returned following company guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th standard pass or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and gain trust with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a target achievement mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (or local language as required).
• Valid two-wheeler license with a good driving record (for machine pick-up).
