Paytm Field Executives (FSEs) are the backbone of Paytm’s growth, bringing their digital payment solutions directly to merchants and customers. As a Paytm FSE, you’ll be a customer champion, salesperson, and problem-solver all rolled into one!
Responsibilities:
- Merchant Onboarding & Education:
- Visit potential and existing retail stores and businesses to promote Paytm’s products and services. (e.g., QR code payments, Paytm Postpaid)
- Explain the benefits of using Paytm for both merchants and their customers.
- Successfully onboard new merchants onto the Paytm platform.
- Train merchants on how to use Paytm tools and features effectively.
- Customer Satisfaction & Support:
- Address any concerns or questions merchants might have about Paytm.
- Ensure smooth operation of Paytm services at merchant locations.
- Gather feedback from merchants to improve Paytm’s offerings.
- Sales & Growth:
- Achieve assigned sales targets for merchant sign-ups and transactions.
- Identify new business opportunities within your territory.
- Contribute to Paytm’s overall growth and expansion.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10th grade pass or equivalent (diploma a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (local language fluency may be beneficial).
- A “can-do” attitude with a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred.
