Candidate Experience. 

• 3 – 5 years of work experience. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or MBA (with a technical bent of mind) 

Basic Skills. 

• Needs to have a good knowledge of latest technologies and IT advancements – RPA, AI, ML, Data Analytics, Data science
• Good problem-solving skills 
• Analytical and critical thinking 
• Good communication skills + PPT and documentation skills
• Planning and project management skills 

Technical requirements. 

• Conduct meetings to understand and capture business requirements, existing Process- create detailed BRDs and process maps/ walkthroughs 
• Distill current processes to identify areas of improvements, help in developing and implementing solutions 
• Perform feasibility analysis – whether the solution is worth building/ implementing 
• Work with Solution design team to create Business and functional solution design documents including Wireframes 
• Work with developer/ manage delivery of solution
• Work with business team to perform user acceptance testing
• Bug reporting 
• Monitor the overall status of the project and conduct timely sessions with business stakeholders to provide updates
• Timely escalations and communication of roadblocks
