Responsibilities:
HR Interns:
- Assist in recruitment efforts such as posting job listings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Help onboard new hires, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building events and recognition programs.
- Manage HR-related administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating company policies.
