- 3 – 5 years of work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or MBA (with a technical bent of mind)

- Needs to have a good knowledge of latest technologies and IT advancements – RPA, AI, ML, Data Analytics, Data science

Technical requirements.
- Conduct meetings to understand and capture business requirements, existing Process- create detailed BRDs and process maps/ walkthroughs
- Distill current processes to identify areas of improvements, help in developing and implementing solutions
- Perform feasibility analysis – whether the solution is worth building/ implementing
- Work with Solution design team to create Business and functional solution design documents including Wireframes
- Work with developer/ manage delivery of solution
- Work with business team to perform user acceptance testing
- Bug reporting
- Monitor the overall status of the project and conduct timely sessions with business stakeholders to provide updates
- Timely escalations and communication of roadblocks
